PLAN calculates cells, culture scale, DNA, PCR, and sequencing needs → BUILD prepares a gene- or variant-level library → QC assesses the amplified plasmid pool → ANALYZE compares T0 and endpoint sequencing data. Use Screen to record samples and Review to compare planned and observed coverage.
