Local deployment

Run the application on infrastructure you control.

From the source checkout

With Docker Engine and Compose installed, run the portable setup from the project root:

./deploy/portable/deploy.sh
curl http://127.0.0.1:8010/health

Open http://127.0.0.1:8010/. This base setup runs the web application and gene-level functions. It does not install the large GRCh38 reference or the private PRIDICT2 and pegLIT worker images required for Prime Editing design.

Complete offline release

If you have the complete offline release package, including the three image archives and the GRCh38 FASTA/index under deploy/offline/reference, run:

./deploy/offline/deploy-offline.sh

The script checks for required image archives before starting the web and worker containers. Check /api/prime-editing/status after startup; do not interpret a missing reference or worker as an available PE design engine. The public HTTPS configuration and certificate are host-specific and are not created by this local command.

Deployment commands and reference provenance are documented in the distributed source package. The public website remains available without installing software.
